Before we can match you with a counselor, you'll need to set up a secure client portal and complete a confidential intake assessment. This helps us understand your situation and match you with the right counselor.

You'll need:

Medical history and current medications
Emergency contact details

What we'll ask about:

What brings you to counseling
Your mental health history
Current symptoms or challenges
Your goals for counseling

We Match You With a Counselor

Our team reviews your intake and matches you with a licensed counselor who's the best fit for your needs. We'll reach out within 48 hours with your next steps.

Schedule Your First Session

Your counselor will reach out directly to schedule your first appointment. Sessions are available in-person or via secure video.

First session will cover:

Getting to know you and your story
Setting goals for counseling
Establishing a treatment plan
Answering any questions you have

Do I need insurance?

No. We accept insurance, but also offer sliding scale fees for those without coverage.

Is this really confidential?

We can reassign you. Finding the right fit is important, and we want you to feel comfortable.

How long does counseling take?
